Our Custom Firepit Ordering Process
Ordering a custom firepit from Calgary Custom Pits is straightforward. You place your order, share any ideas you have for the panels, review your custom renders, and approve the design before we begin production.
1. Place Your Order
Start by placing your order for your firepit and selected options. If you already have ideas for custom panels, you can include them as a comment in your order.
2. Share Your Panel Ideas
You can leave a comment in your order describing the panel design, theme, images, or other ideas you would like us to consider. If you are not sure what you want yet, do not worry. We will contact you to discuss your ideas and help shape the design.
Our pricing includes up to 3 panels, with each panel cut twice.
You can also browse our Instagram for inspiration and examples of custom Calgary Custom Pits designs.
3. Review Your Panel Renders
Once we have your ideas, we will provide custom panel renders for your approval. The renders show the three panel designs you can choose from, so you can review the look before it moves into production.
Take your time reviewing the renders and let us know if you have changes or questions. Production begins after the design has been approved.
This is an example of the panel renders you will receive.

4. Approve the Design and Enter Production
After you approve the panel renders, your firepit enters production. Our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed until pickup.
If you have a specific deadline, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeline will work for your event or project. We are happy to check the schedule with you before you order.
5. Pickup
Our shop is located in Bragg Creek. You will receive an email the day before letting you know that your firepit is being painted and nearing completion.
We do not have storage space, so please plan to pick up your firepit promptly once it is ready. If you are going away or will not be available for pickup, let us know before production begins so we can delay production if needed.
Firepits left uncollected may be exposed to dust and the activity of a busy metal shop, which increases the risk of damage while equipment and materials are moving around. Prompt pickup helps keep your finished firepit safe.
Have Questions Before Ordering?
If you are unsure about your panel ideas, need help choosing options, or are working toward a deadline, contact us before placing your order. We can help you understand the process and confirm the timing for your custom firepit.
