Picking Up Your Firepit in Bragg Creek
Calgary Custom Pits firepits are picked up from our shop located just west of Calgary in Bragg Creek. Once your custom firepit is nearing completion, we will let you know when it is ready for collection.
How Long Does Production Take?
Our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed until pickup. Custom panel designs require time for renders, approval, fabrication, painting, and final preparation.
If you have a specific event or deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeline will work for you.
Watch for Your Pickup Email
You will receive an email the day before letting you know that your firepit is being painted and nearing completion. This gives you advance notice to make arrangements for pickup in Bragg Creek.

Pickup Times
We are generally flexible with pickup times seven days a week, from mornings through the evening. We will do our best to find a pickup time that works for you.
If we will not be available at the time that works best, we can also leave your firepit out for you to pick up. Please coordinate the timing with us in advance so we can make sure everything is ready and your pickup goes smoothly.
Please Plan for Prompt Pickup
We do not have storage space for completed firepits, so please plan to pick up your firepit promptly once it is ready. A finished firepit should not be left sitting in the shop longer than necessary.
Our shop is a busy metalworking environment with dust, equipment, and materials moving around. Firepits left uncollected may be at greater risk of damage in that environment, so prompt pickup helps protect your finished piece.
Going Away Before Your Firepit Is Ready?
If you will be away or will not be available for pickup, let us know before production begins. We can discuss delaying production so your firepit is not completed while you are unavailable to collect it.
Planning ahead helps us coordinate your production schedule and helps ensure your firepit is ready when you are able to pick it up.
